Client Service Experience

We are certainly not the only investment advisor to suggest that our practice is client-centered, but it is not likely you will find a firm that truly “walks the talk” the way we do. We like to use the phrase “high-touch” because that is the level of service you deserve, and the level of service we provide.

You will meet with your advisor at least quarterly to review your portfolio progress and discuss life situations or goals that may have changed since the last meeting. Forecasting is just part of our job; we also must be agile and responsive to deal with changes and events as they come along… and we cannot do that well unless we are intimately familiar with your unique needs and wants. We consider you to be an integral part of the Pacific Wealth Management® family.
